Overview:
Due to privacy restrictions, I’m unable to share much of the work I did at Microsoft. However, I can provide some insights based on publicly available information. During my time at Microsoft as a Product Designer, I led design efforts on multiple products focused on Enterprise Search across Bing, Edge, and Windows. I also contributed to Bing search results and the early developments for Copilot AI. Below are highlights of my work during this period.
Microsoft Search in Bing:
• Launched a new homepage tailored for work/school users, offering a search experience specific to their organization and improving user retention and education.
• Released enterprise search highlights, enabling users to discover and search work/school content by pulling data from the M365 graph directly into the Windows search box.
• Designed and implemented entry points for Enterprise Chat AI, facilitating seamless interaction with AI-powered enterprise tools.
• Designed and shipped new work search capabilities like Video and Image.
• Extended Bing and Windows design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Managed the design intake process and delegated tasks to ensure smooth execution.
Bing Chat (Copilot AI)
I also contributed to the early development of Copilot AI (web) focusing on Enterprise Chat.
